Ful intelligent environmental protection lime shaft kiln is a new firing process. Due to its specific kiln type and small upper mouth, the waste gas can fully preheat the limestone and coal at the kiln mouth. Its principle is: during the rising process of air and air flow in the kiln, due to the small upper kiln mouth, the air and air flow are blocked and accumulated. After entering the kiln, the material is preheated by the hot gas flow that has not yet entered the flue. During the sinking process of the material, the temperature increases continuously, so that the material has gradually approached the limestone decomposition temperature before entering the calcination zone, which actually makes full use of the heat energy in this part of the waste gas discharged from the flue and chimney before being discharged.

 
     

Ful intelligent environmental protection lime shaft kiln, the increase of the kiln diameter of the middle part of the calcination zone increases the calcination area. Due to the increase of the calcination area, the calcination environment is changed, the furnace temperature of the calcination zone is increased, and the decomposition speed of limestone is accelerated. Moreover, due to the increase of the kiln diameter and the change of the movement direction of materials below the calcination zone, the heating surface is also changing, so that the materials are heated evenly. In addition, the increasing cross-sectional area is conducive to the heat exchange between gas and materials, and effectively improves the utilization coefficient of the kiln. The design of energy-saving lime kiln not only adapts to the characteristics of thermal volume expansion of materials when sinking, but also conforms to the physical law that the volume of gas decreases with the decrease of temperature.

Ful intelligent lime shaft kiln system adopts computer simulation technology for simulation design according to the requirements of lime calcination process, and intelligent control technology for accurate proportioning of limestone and fuel, so as to achieve the purpose of stability and uniformity of each temperature section in the kiln; The system realizes the automatic adjustment of air volume and coal volume through the on-line analysis of flue gas composition, which can effectively reduce the staffing and labor intensity.

Ful intelligent lime shaft kiln adopts reasonable height diameter ratio of kiln body and reasonable thermal insulation measures, which effectively reduces heat loss and achieves good productivity effect. The kiln top adopts air leakage free distribution structure, and the kiln bottom adopts closed automatic unloading by improving the rotary unloader, which solves the problems of unorganized dust emission and energy consumption loss of loading and unloading units; The discharge outlet adopts low-pressure pulse glass fiber bag dust collector to effectively reduce dust emission, which has a significant role in energy conservation and environmental protection. Main technical features:

(1) The ful intelligent environmental protection lime shaft kiln system is to load limestone and coke (coal) into the kiln with a lifting bucket according to a certain ratio, and adjust the coke distribution ratio and air supply volume in time after uniform distribution. The coke burns at high temperature in the lime kiln and decomposes the limestone into qualified quicklime and kiln gas (CO Ω).

(2) The shaft kiln adopts a circular section structure, and the interior of the kiln chamber is divided into pre heating zone, roasting zone and cooling zone from top to bottom along the height direction.

(3) The kiln lining is made of high-strength wear-resistant high alumina bricks and refractory materials with good heat insulation performance, which can not only prolong the service life of the kiln, but also reduce the heat dissipation loss of the kiln body;

(4) Kiln wall temperature: the temperature of pre heating belt and cooling belt shall not be higher than the ambient temperature + 40 ℃, and that of calcination belt shall not be higher than the ambient temperature + 60 ℃

(5) Take measures to insulate the steel structure on the kiln top;

(6) The inclined bridge single bucket elevator is equipped with a bell cap lifting device to the top of the kiln, and a rotary distributor is connected below to ensure the uniform distribution of materials in the kiln. When the kiln is biased due to improper operation, it can also be distributed at a fixed point;

(7) The kiln top is equipped with a material level detector to monitor the upper and lower limits of the material level in the kiln;

(10) The kiln bottom is discharged by a screw cone discharger, and the materials in the kiln can move continuously and settle evenly, so as to realize uniform preheating, uniform roasting and uniform cooling, and the product quality is uniform and stable;

(11) A star shaped discharge machine is set under the screw cone discharge machine to achieve continuous and non-stop air discharge, uniform cooling and stable roasting;

(12) . the cooling air is separately supplied by high-pressure blower and controlled by frequency conversion, which can realize stable roasting and cooling and is conducive to production operation;

(13) The kiln top pressure shall be automatically controlled, and the waste gas out of the kiln shall be double purified by bag filter to make the dust emission concentration in the waste gas meet the requirements of relevant national standards or specifications;

Brief description of production process:

The limestone and coal blocks transported from outside the plant enter the limestone bin and coal block bin respectively, are automatically weighed at the charging post according to the coke distribution ratio, poured into the winch hopper, lifted to the kiln top, poured into the distributor, and evenly distributed in the kiln through the distributor.

The air volume required for calcination is sent to the air chamber at the bottom of the kiln by the blower. The coal blocks burn and release heat in the calcination area. The limestone is calcined and decomposed into quicklime and kiln gas. The quicklime is discharged by the large ash discharge rotary table and transported to the finished product warehouse through the star ash extractor and ash conveying belt conveyor.
