The powder concentrators produced by our company include O-SEPA vortex powder concentrator, high efficiency and low wear powder concentrator for sand and gravel, t-sepax combined three separation powder concentrator, flzh series combined internal circulation powder concentrator, coal mill dynamic powder concentrator, high fine powder concentrator for slag micro powder and fly ash, ultra-fine powder concentrator for heavy calcium powder, etc.

1、 O-SEPA powder concentrator

(1) Overview

O-SEPA powder concentrator is an efficient powder separation equipment, which is mainly used to improve the circulating grinding system or the separation system. This powder concentrator adopts the principle of vortex powder selection, and its performance is greatly improved compared with the previous centrifugal powder concentrator.

(2) Working principle

Working principle of O-SEPA powder concentrator: the raw materials of the powder concentrator are introduced from the feeding port, fly along the circumferential direction after being impacted and dispersed on the spreading plate, and then are introduced into the powder selection chamber after collision with the buffer plate. The powder particles dispersed by the air flow in the powder selection chamber are adjusted by vortex through the guide vane and rotor, and the balance between centrifugal force and inward air flow is generated to realize classification. The fine powder is sent to the center of the powder separation room together with the graded air (air or dusty air) sent by the first and second air inlets, and then enters the air outlet pipe. On the other hand, the coarse powder under the action of centrifugal force is led to the peripheral guide blade and flows along the inner side of the blade. The fine powder on the surface of the coarse powder is washed with the air flowing into the primary and secondary tuyeres to realize the secondary classification of the coarse powder. The coarse powder falls into the lower ash hopper for collection.

2、 High efficiency and low wear sand and stone powder concentrator

(1) Overview

The sand and stone separator produced by our company adopts the powder separator combined with waterfall flow and dynamic rotor to sort the sand and stone materials. The materials are sorted in two stages inside the powder separator, that is, the first stage of unpowered waterfall flow preliminary sorting separates the fine particles in the materials, and the second stage of dynamic rotor carries out accurate fine powder particle size sorting. Users can adjust the rotating speed of dynamic rotor to control the fineness of the sorted powder according to their needs.

(2) Performance characteristics

Compared with the previous powder concentrators, this powder concentrator is very different.

In the past, the powder concentrator usually fed the upper part of the powder concentrator, and the materials were unloaded into the high-speed rotating rotor scattering plate for powder distribution and selection, or the materials were unloaded into the high-speed rotating scattering impeller for powder distribution and selection. Due to the high-speed rotation of the scattering device, the scattering device was worn quickly, which often led to the phenomenon of poor rotor balance and increased vibration, resulting in heavy maintenance workload and sensitive to the occasionally mixed large particle stones in fine sand.

The sand and stone sorting and powder concentrator produced by our company adopts the powder concentrator combined with waterfall flow and dynamic rotor to sort the sand and stone materials. The material cloth adopts the unpowered waterfall flow sorting equipment. Because there are no high-speed rotating parts, the wear of the primary selection equipment is well controlled and is not sensitive to the occasional mixed particles.

3、 T-sepax combined three separation powder concentrator

(1) Overview

T-sepax combined three separation powder concentrator breaks through the two separation theory of "coarse and fine powder" of conventional closed-circuit grinding system and divides the material into three, namely coarse powder, medium coarse powder and fine powder. The product system has simple configuration and low cost, and can greatly improve the output of the mill. The internal structure is reasonable and the powder selection effect is remarkable. The powder concentrator is configured in the medium discharge drying raw material mill and multi-stage grinding system, which can achieve good results.

(2) Working principle

In the working state, the high-speed motor drives the vertical transmission shaft to rotate through the transmission device. The materials enter the powder concentrator room through the feed port set at the upper part of the powder concentrator room, and then fall on the spreader plate through the upper and lower cones of the medium and coarse powder collection cone and the powder pipe. The spreader plate rotates with the vertical transmission shaft, and the materials are evenly scattered around under the action of inertial centrifugal force, Under the action of the high-speed air flow that the external fan enters the powder selection chamber through the air inlet, the coarse and heavy particles in the materials are thrown to the inner wall of the powder selection chamber under the action of inertial centrifugal force. After the collision, the lost kinetic energy slides down the wall and falls into the coarse powder collection cone, and the remaining particles are rolled up by the rotating upward air flow. When passing through the action area of the gale blade, under the impact of the gale blade, another part of the coarse powder particles are thrown into the inner wall of the powder selection chamber. After the medium coarse powder and fine powder pass through the gale blade, they continue to rise under the action of updraft, pass through the vertical guide blade and enter the secondary powder separation area. Under the action of the strong and stable plane vortex formed by the rotating cage rotor, the dust containing air flow makes the medium and coarse powder lose kinetic energy after being thrown to the vertical guide blade under the action of centrifugal force, fall into the medium and coarse powder collection cone and discharge through the medium and coarse powder pipe. The fine powder meeting the requirements enters into the cage rotor, enters the high-efficiency low resistance cyclone separator with the circulating air, and then slides into the fine powder collection cone to become the finished product.

1、 Flzhn series combined internal circulation powder concentrator

(1) Overview

Flzhn series combined internal circulation powder concentrator is a high-efficiency and low-cost powder sorting equipment developed by our company for tail discharge lifting circulating grinding system. This equipment adopts multiple cyclone dust collectors distributed around the powder concentrator shell to collect the sorted finished products, and the products from the cyclone dust collector return to the powder concentrator through the fan. The equipment can be used in the raw material drying and grinding system with raw material humidity no more than 6% or the grinding system without drying moisture, which reduces the investment of bag dust collector.

(2) Working principle

The materials entering the powder concentrator are composed of two parts. Most of the materials are fed through the feeding mouth. The materials are divided into two ways through the distribution chute and fed to the spreading plate at the top of the rotor from two points. With the rotation of the rotor, the spreading plate will throw the materials falling on it around, hit the wall and fall into the sorting area. The materials are sorted under the joint action of sorting air flow and rotor rotation. Qualified materials enter the rotor with the air flow and enter the cyclone through the air outlet. The finished materials are collected by the cyclone and discharged through the outlet; The waste gas enters the circulating fan from the outlet at the top of the cyclone and then returns to the powder concentrator. Unqualified materials are collected by the inner cone of the powder concentrator and enter between the inner cone and the outer cone through the annular outlet between the inner cone and the counterattack cone. Through the re cleaning of the updraft, the coarse powder (unqualified materials) is discharged from the return port. Another part of the material is entrained by the air flow and enters the powder concentrator from the air inlet. First, it strikes the counterattack cone and is forced to change the direction. At the same time, the air flow speed decreases rapidly. At this time, the larger particle size material loses kinetic energy and falls into the coarse powder; The remaining parts continue to rise and enter the sorting area through the guide vane for re sorting.

2、 Coal mill dynamic separator

(1) Overview

MDS air swept coal mill dynamic powder concentrator is a high-performance powder concentrator integrating coarse powder separation and horizontal vortex powder concentrator. It is suitable for the separation of high fine powder with specific surface area of 400 ~ 600 m2 / kg.

(2) Structural features

(1) Overview

Flcx series superfine powder concentrator adopts the principle of cutting particle size with high-speed rotating impeller. The impeller has higher rotating speed, higher linear speed, greater centrifugal force and more precise manufacturing. It is suitable for the separation of powder between 100 mesh and 1600 mesh, and is widely used in the separation of superfine powder in heavy calcium industry and chemical industry.

(2) Working principle

Under the suction force of the fan, the materials move at a high speed from the feed inlet at the lower end of the classifier to the classification area with the rising air flow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification impeller, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles meeting the particle size requirements enter the separator or dust collector through the clearance of the classification impeller. The coarse particles entrain some fine particles and fall down to the secondary air outlet along the cylinder wall. After the strong scouring effect of the secondary air, The coarse and fine particles are separated, the fine particles rise to the classification area for secondary classification, and the coarse particles fall to the discharge port for discharge to realize particle classification.
