Introduction to coal mill
The coal mill is composed of feeding device, sliding shoe bearing at the moving end, rotating part, main bearing at the discharging end, discharging device, bearing lubrication device, gear device and transmission device (including slow transmission). The qualified mixture of fine powder and hot air is fed into the cyclone dust collector, where the fine powder and hot air are separated.
Working principle of coal mill
The feeding equipment feeds the raw coal into the shutter chute of the mill feeding device. While the material slides down, the hot air with a temperature of about 300 ℃ also enters the mill through the air inlet pipe to dry the raw coal. With its function of tilting and sliding downward, the raw coal enters the cylinder drying bin through the hollow shaft, and enters bin II through the partition plate after full drying. A certain number of grinding bodies are installed in Bin II. Due to the rotation of the cylinder, the grading lining plate brings the grinding body to a certain height, The impact energy and friction energy when it falls are used to crush and grind the raw coal. While the raw coal is crushed and ground, the ground fine powder and hot air are sucked out of the mill by the specially set ventilator through the discharge device of the mill. The mixture of fine powder and hot air is separated out by the specially set separator, and then sent back to the mill for re grinding.
Application scope of coal mill
Coal mill is the key equipment for crushing materials after they are crushed. Coal mills are widely used in cement, silicate products, new building coal mill materials, refractory materials, chemical fertilizer, beneficiation of black and non-ferrous metals, glass ceramics and other production industries, and carry out dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials.
Structural features of coal mill
The coal mill is composed of feeding department, discharging department, rotating department, transmission department (reducer, pinion, motor, electric control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of steel casting with removable lining. The rotary gear is processed by casting hobbing. The cylinder is embedded with wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably.
According to the materials and ore discharge mode, dry pulverizer and wet grid pulverizer can be selected. Coal mill is a machine that breaks coal and grinds it into pulverized coal. It is an important auxiliary equipment of pulverized coal boiler. Coal grinding process is a process in which coal is broken and its surface area is increasing. To increase the new surface area, the binding force between solid molecules must be overcome, so it needs to consume energy. There are three main ways of pulverizing and pulverizing coal. The crushing process consumes the most energy. The grinding process takes the most energy. All kinds of coal pulverizers have the above two or three methods in the pulverizing process, but the main one depends on the type of coal pulverizer.
