1. Kiln shell, which is the main body of rotary kiln (rotary kiln). The steel plate of kiln shell is about 40mm thick, and the steel plate of kiln shell here is thicker because of the large load-bearing. A layer of refractory bricks of about 200mm is laid inside the kiln shell. During the operation of the kiln shell, due to the relationship between high temperature and load-bearing, the kiln shell will have elliptical deformation, which will put pressure on the kiln brick and affect the service life of the kiln brick. At the end of the kiln, there is a cone about one meter long, so that the material from the feed chamber of the preheater can enter the kiln more smoothly.

2. The tyre ring, supporting roller, bearing, tyre ring and supporting roller are all used to support the weight of the kiln. The fetal ring is sleeved on the kiln shell, which is not fixed with the kiln shell. An iron plate is added between the kiln shell and the fetal ring to keep a certain gap between the fetal ring and the kiln shell, which can not be too large or too small. If the gap is too small, the expansion of the kiln shell is limited by the tire ring, and the kiln brick is easy to be damaged. If the gap is too large, the relative movement and friction between the kiln shell and the tire ring will be more serious, and the elliptical deformation of the kiln shell will be more serious. Usually add lubricating oil between the two. We can estimate the elliptical deformation degree of the kiln shell by the relative movement between the kiln shell and the fetal ring.

There is a difference in thermal conductivity between the kiln shell and the tire ring. It is necessary to use an external windmill to help the kiln shell dissipate heat, balance and reduce the temperature difference between the two. Otherwise, the expansion of the kiln shell will be limited by the tire ring. When starting the kiln, the temperature rise rate of the kiln shell is higher than that of the fetal ring. The kiln worker must control the temperature rise rate of the rotary kiln (rotary kiln) at 50 ℃ / h, which is beneficial to protect the kiln bricks. Generally, the width of the supporting wheel is about 50-100mm wider than that of the wheel. The roller bearing adopts Babbitt alloy. If the bearing loses lubrication, the bearing will be burned out due to too high temperature. There is cooling water at the bearing for circulating cooling. In order to reduce the heat radiation from the kiln shell to the tire ring, resulting in the high temperature of the supporting wheel, a heat insulation board is added between them to reduce the heat radiation. Rotary kiln (rotary kiln) generally has 2 to 3 groups of supporting wheels.

3. Thrust roller

The thrust roller is the limit switch that restricts the rotary kiln (rotary kiln) from eating or eating. Because the supporting roller is wider than the kiln tire, in order to make the supporting roller and tire move up and down, the wear is uniform. The end face of the tyre ring is provided with a thrust roller.

The thrust roller only acts as a barrier, and the roller itself has no power. The feeding up and down of the kiln body depends on the deviation of the roller. There is a certain angle between the supporting wheel and the central line of the kiln, so that the supporting wheel can give upward force to the kiln body and move the kiln shell upward. Sometimes sprinkle some raw meal powder or wipe the supporting wheel clean to increase its friction coefficient, which can also move the kiln body up. When the kiln body is eaten, as long as graphite powder is sprinkled between the supporting wheel and the wheel belt to reduce the friction between them. When the rotary kiln (rotary kiln) eats and touches the Y1 switch, the hydraulic system starts to eat and act. The hydraulic system eats for 1 minute and stops for 4 minutes, and then repeats the action of eating for 1 minute and stopping for 4 minutes until the kiln tire ring touches the Y5 position. At this time, the kiln body starts to eat, the hydraulic system releases pressure for 2 minutes, stops for 4 minutes, and then repeats the action. Eat again until the kiln body touches Y1. Repeat the above process continuously. When the hydraulic system stops acting, the internal pressure remains unchanged. The hydraulic system also has three limit switches. When eating, if Y1 switch fails, the kiln will touch the second switch of Y, and the system will alarm (at this time, the kiln body has exceeded the eating range by 30mm). If the third switch is touched, the system will trip (at this time, it will exceed the eating range by 50mm). When the rotary kiln (rotary kiln) eats, if the first switch is faulty, the system will give an alarm when the rotary kiln (rotary kiln) touches the second switch, but the car will not jump, because there is a thrust roller to limit the eating limit of the kiln shell
