1. Make all preparations before the system startup, including the inspection of the main motor of the mill, meet the starting conditions, confirm the bag dust collection temperature, close all baffles, fully open the cold air gate valve and close the main hot air valve;

2. Start the lubricating system of the mill. If the oil temperature is low, start the oil heater;

3. Start the conveying equipment at the outlet of the mill and adjust the opening of the pneumatic on-off valve into the pulverized coal bunker;

4. Confirm that the waste gas at the kiln head is below 300 ℃, confirm that the inlet baffle of the mill exhaust fan is closed, start the coal mill exhaust fan, and open the baffle after the current is stable;

5. Start the main bag dust collection;

6. Contact the kiln operator to use the kiln waste gas and slowly operate the opening of each valve of the coal mill system to make the outlet temperature of the mill and the inlet temperature of bag dust collection gradually reach the normal working temperature;

7. Gradually increase the opening of the inlet baffle of the main exhaust fan of the mill. Gradually adjust the opening of hot air and cold air baffle to make the outlet gas temperature < 65 ℃;

8. When the hot air temperature of the grinding head reaches 100 ℃, inform the site to start the mill slowly;

9. When the temperature at the mill outlet reaches 50 ℃ - 60 ℃, notify the site to stop slow rotation, disconnect the mill clutch, start the mill, and pay attention to the power and current of the mill. The above is the whole heating process, which takes about 20 minutes;

10. Start the feeding unit, adjust the feeding amount of the belt scale through the return powder amount, grinding sound, grinding power and differential pressure, and gradually increase the feeding amount to full load. The fineness of pulverized coal is controlled by adjusting the speed of the powder concentrator;

11. Gradually stabilize the feeding amount, adjust the valve of the mill exhaust fan, the opening of the inlet cold air baffle and the opening of the hot air baffle, so as to make the working condition of the mill meet the requirements of full load production in the shortest time;

12. After the whole system is stable, input the automatic regulation circuit one by one. For each circuit, carefully observe whether the system operates stably. During trial production, gradually master the parameters of each process point to determine the reasonable stable operation parameters;

13. If the hot blast stove is used as the heat source, the inlet temperature should be maintained at 200 ℃ - 250 ℃, and the grinding inlet gas path should be switched to the hot gas of the hot blast stove.
